Histiocytic Sarcoma
Clinical signs
  • very rare disease
  • affects older adults
  • organ infiltrations, multiple cutaneous lesions
  • prognosis is not good
Histology

Polymorphous infiltration by histiocytes with wide cytoplasm and kidney-shaped nuclei.

Immunophenotype: in pure form only histiocytic markers are positive (CD68, MAC).
