Clinical signs:

girl, 15 years
active sport (daily swimming)
pink to violet papules on the trunk and extremities
extracutaneous lesions were not present

Histology:

Dense deep infiltrate of histiocytes with many large multinuclear histiocytes, CD1a negative, CD68 positive, no necroses.
