Clinical signs:

Infiltrated eyelid:
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis, eyelid, CLINIC (6284)

Tumorous masses from the lung, macro:
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis, lung, resection, CLINIC (74313)

Histology:

The lesion of the lung and the eylid consists of nodular, perivascular infiltrate of mature B lymphocytes. Large necrotic areas.

Immunoprofile: CD20+, EBV+.

Conclusion:

Lymphomatoid granulomatosis grade III., diagnosed during the maintenance therapy for acute lymphatic leukemia T.

Therapy:

Good treatment response to chemotherapy based on anti CD20 antibody (Rituximab).
