Tumor of the follicular infundibulum
Clinical signs

Tumor located usually on the face, may be multiple (face, neck, trunk).

Histology

Shallow acanthosis of pale, interconnected keratinocytes without atypia, PAS positive. The tumor is well circumscribed.
