Clinical signs
  • location: sacral area, namely in hairy men
  • caused by chronic friction and accumulation of the hairs in skin sinus
  • surrounded by the inflammation

Histology

Inflammation, remnants of the epidermis within the wall of the siunus, hairs. Sometimes only fibrous wall with hairs can be found.
