Phimosis, paraphimosis, frenulum breve and other lesions of the penis
Clinical signs
  • Phimosis: inability to retract the prepuce (congenital, postinflammatory); complicatons:
    • accumulation of the smegma
    • chronic and acute inflammation
  • Paraphimosis: strangulation of the penis in patients with phimosis after forced retraction of the prepuce
