Microcystic adnexal carcinoma
Clinical signs
  • location: head (upper lip, chin, cheek)
  • deep invasion, local aggresivity
  • no metastases
Histology

Large, deeply infiltrating tumor, consisting of epithelial nests, ducts, glandular structures. Sometimes focal hair follicle differentiation. Mitoses are rare. Perineural spread is sometimes present.
