Clinical signs
  • verrucous lesion without predilections
  • considered to be a variant of a seborrhoic keratosis (irritated type) or a form of vulgar verruca of a separate process.
Histology

Acanthotic proliferation of benign appearance with multiple, tiny squamous eddies.
