Clinical signs
  • rare genodermatosis
  • affects the skin and other organs (CNS, eye, skelet and others)
  • 3 stages:
    1. spongiosis with eosinophils, necrotic keratinocytes
    2. verrucous stage: mild acanthosis and papillomatosis, dyskeratoses
    3. incontinence of melanin
