Erythema gyratum repens
Clinical signs
  • arcuate and polycyclic erythemas
  • usually migrate
  • pruritic
  • trunk, limbs
  • association: often carcinoma (esp. pulmonary)
Histology

Perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate of variable density, slight spongiosis and parakeratosis. Sometimes slight admixture of eosinophils. Clinical appearance is important to establish the diagnosis.
