Eccrine hidradenitis with neutrophils after chemotherapy
Etiology
  • occurs after chemotherapy for acute myeloic leukemia
  • rarely in some other diseases or even in healthy patiernts
  • cause is unknown
Clinical signs
  • erythematous nodules and plaques
  • solitary or multiple
  • affectus usually the trunk and extremities
  • sometimes painful
Histology

Eccrine (and sometimes apocrine) glands are surrounded by many neutrophils, some glands are necrotic.
