Clinical signs
  • cystic lesion
  • size up to 15 mm
  • location: face, sometimes elwhere (scalp, ears, chest, shoulders)
Histology

Cystic lesion, sometimes with papillary formations; the cells show apocrine (decapitation) secretion; myoepithelial cells are on the periphery.
